Dan Mitchell
Dan Mitchell is a 28-year veteran of major market radio, Dan brings his dry wit and rock-jock style to his morning show. A self-described “encyclopedia of musical knowledge,” Dan has roots in many rock formats including KAZY 106.7 FM, KOOL 105 FM, and The Hawk KKHK 99.5 FM.
K13XD (branded KXD) signed on the air on August 7, 1996 and is the CBS affiliate for the Fairbanks area. It operates on analogue channel 13 and digital channel 13.1 and is home to such great programming as 60 Minutes, Amazing Race, Undercover Boss, Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, and new hits such as The Defenders and Mike and Molly.
