Major Workman Takes The Stand, Says He Fired On Jimmy Gojdics In Self-Defense
It was an emotional day in Court as Major Workman took the stand to testify on the ninth day of his murder trial of Jimmy Gojdics.
Up until now it has been unclear what exactly happened between Workman and Jimmy Gojdics.
Workman said he and his girlfriend Mary Ella Davis Davis had talked about moving out together, and, after Gojdics admitted to pepper spraying Davis' dog, Workman feared for his girlfriend's safety.
Workman went to Davis' rental property to start gathering her things when he heard and saw Gojdics from across the creek.
