France could ease 2013 tax hikes on small firms: finance minister

PARIS (Reuters) - The French government is ready to change tax hikes on capital gains contained in the 2013 budget which entrepreneurs say will discourage investment by small businesses, Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici said on Thursday.
"We will probably have to change it," Moscovici told France Inter radio of the measure which was due to involve a closer alignment of taxes on capital gains with those on income.
